1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Soil to Soul Resorts website, booking our services, or staying at our properties, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. About Soil to Soul Resorts

Soil to Soul Resorts is a collection of boutique luxury resorts across Gujarat, India, including:

  • CLAY by Soil to Soul: CLAY Royal Comfort (Dwarka), CLAY Shivani (Udaipur)
  • Soil to Soul Hotels: Radhika Hotel (Dwarka), Trinity Hotel (Somnath)
  • Soil to Soul Lodges: Asiatic Lion Lodge (Sasan Gir), Royal Safari Camp (Little Rann of Kutch)
  • Soil to Soul Resorts: Resort Ektanagar (Statue of Unity)

We focus on sustainable hospitality, cultural immersion, and connecting guests with nature while providing luxury accommodations.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

  • Bookings can be made through our website, phone (+91 828384 0559), email (gm.sales@soiltosoulresorts.com), or authorized travel agents
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our discretion

3.2 Deposit and Payment

  • A deposit of 30% of the total booking amount is required to confirm reservations
  • Balance payment is due upon arrival or as per agreed payment schedule
  • We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash payments
  • International guests can use major international cards; forex services available

3.3 Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • Government taxes and service charges are additional unless specified
  • Special offers and packages have specific terms and conditions

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation Terms

  • Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in
  • Late cancellation: Within 48 hours - charge of one night's stay
  • No-show: Full booking amount will be charged
  • Special packages: May have different cancellation terms

4.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method
  • Bank charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund amount

5. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: 1:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 10:30 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability and additional charges
  • Valid government-issued photo ID required at check-in
  • All guests must be registered at the time of check-in

6. Guest Responsibilities

6.1 Conduct

  • Guests must behave respectfully towards staff and other guests
  • Noise levels must be kept reasonable, especially during night hours
  • Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings

6.2 Property Care

  • Guests are liable for any damage to property or equipment
  • Smoking is prohibited in rooms and public areas
  • Pets are not allowed at our properties
  • Guests must follow safety guidelines and instructions

7. Activities and Experiences

7.1 Participation

  • Guests participate in activities at their own risk
  • Age restrictions may apply to certain activities
  • Guests must follow safety instructions provided by guides
  • We recommend travel insurance for adventure activities

7.2 Wildlife and Nature Activities

  • Safari permits for Gir National Park are subject to government regulations
  • Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed
  • Park timings and accessibility may change due to weather or government decisions
  • Guests must follow park rules and guidelines

8. Gujarat Circuit Packages

8.1 Circuit Terms

  • Circuit packages include accommodation, meals, and transfers as specified
  • Itinerary may be modified due to weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns
  • Additional charges apply for optional activities and services
  • Minimum group size may apply for certain circuit packages

8.2 Transfers and Transportation

  • All transfers are subject to availability and weather conditions
  • Vehicle types may vary based on group size and availability
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or other factors are beyond our control

9. Dietary and Special Requirements

  • We accommodate various dietary requirements (vegetarian, vegan, Jain, gluten-free)
  • Special dietary requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance
  • We cannot guarantee allergen-free environments
  • Guests with severe allergies should inform us during booking

10. Children and Family Policies

  • Children under 5: Stay free when sharing existing beds
  • Children 5-12 years: 50% of adult rate
  • Children 12+ years: Full adult rate
  • Extra beds available at additional charges
  • Children must be supervised by adults at all times

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
  • Government actions, travel restrictions, or lockdowns
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest
  • Pandemic or health emergencies
  • Technical failures or infrastructure issues

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services
  • We are not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings
  • Guests participate in activities at their own risk
  • We recommend comprehensive travel insurance

13. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website is protected by copyright
  • Soil to Soul Resorts trademarks and logos are our property
  • Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
