Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations and guest services
  • Train and supervise front office staff
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests
  • Coordinate with other departments for seamless service
  • Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
  • 3-5 years of front office experience
